Optometrist seemed surprised that I had not been told I had a cataract following my visit in late December 2016. My eyesight had changed significantly in December meaning I bought reading and longsight glasses. These will be of no use after my cataract operation and I will need new glasses again. I was asked in December to visit again in 6 months hence my recent visit.

I have had problems with my high prescription over many years with my glasses, and having issues when i wear them. This was due to optometrists not giving me the time to find out my issues, however at last i have found someone of the name of Amiah Santos. She is a credit to Boots opticians and in all the 27 years of wearing glasses i have never come across someone as so helpful and intelligent in her job. As an Accountant i deal with over 2000 clients a year, and i can say that that she is very professional and helpful at the same time which is a very difficult balance to attain. Thank you Amiah and you are an asset to Boots. Please note all stars aer for Amiah only as she was the main person i dealt with. Thank you Temoor
